  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Roll out on floured board and cut out biscuits.

    Dip each biscuit in butter or pat buttermilk on each. Bake at 425° about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
