  • 2 lbs. burger (can use deer burger)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (hickory smoke salt)
  • 2 Tbsp. tender quik salt (meat tenderizer)
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes. Make 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Poke holes in bottom of foil. Bake on broiler pan at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
