- 10 to 16 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 pkg. dried smoked beef
- enough bacon strips to wrap breasts (2 half strip for small breasts)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
Directions

1Sprinkle breasts with salt and pepper.

2Roll a strip of bacon around each breast.

3In bottom of pan, spread out dried beef, enough to cover the bottom.

4Place breasts on top of beef.

5In a separate bowl, mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and carton of sour cream.

6Spoon over breasts.

7Cover tightly

8with foil.

9Bake at 325° for 2 hours.

10Remove foil and cook 30 minutes longer.
