- 2 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
- 1 jar medium Pace salsa
- crumbled Feta cheese to taste
- 1 c. half and half
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Precook spinach as directed on package.

2Drain; then add butter.

3Add half and half and salsa.

4Cook until bubbling hot in a large frying pan.

5Add half and half as needed for consistency. Add crumbled Feta cheese.

6Let cook down to desired consistency (not too soupy).

7You may add a touch of garlic, if desired.
