  • 1-2 Beef Shanks
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Beef Cubes
  • 1 jar Beets-with Vinegar
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 lb. Red Cabbage, sliced
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 pinch Caraway Seed

Directions

    Cook beef and first 4 ingredients.

    Remove bones when cooked. Add rest of ingredients and cook another 1/2 hour.

    Serve with Sour Cream.
