  • 1 (6 ounce.) strawberry Jello
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. Beet Borscht (low cal) with liquid
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream (low fat)

    Boil water and dissolve Jello.

    Add in Jello to Borscht and mix.

    Add in lowfat sour cream till dissolved and pour into mold.
