- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 13 ounces clams minced, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes peeled, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 13 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 x oyster crackers
- 1 cup cream
Directions

1Place bacon in a 2 qt casserole dish.

2Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes, or until crisp.

3Remove bacon, crumble and set aside.

4Drain clams and add liquid to bacon drippings.

5Stir in potatoes and onion.

6Cover and microwave on high 9 to 12 minutes or until potatoes soften.

7Stir flour into half the milk.

8Add flour mixture and remaining milk, cream, clams, salt and pepper to hot liquid.

9Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes.

10Garnish with butter, oyster crackers and crumbled bacon.
