- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornmeal
Directions

1To make the crust: With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until well combined.
