  • 1 1/4 c. finely chopped vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine crumbs, sugar, nuts and cocoa.

    Mix well. Stir in corn syrup and bourbon. Blend thoroughly. Set in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
