  • 4 shoulder lamb chops
  • 1 teaspoon mint leaves crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard dried
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
