  • 3 cups leeks, chopped (4 medium)
  • 34 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 teaspoon dried chervil
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 14 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 14 12 ounces no-salt-added whole tomatoes, drained

    Combine wine and cornstarch in a bowl, stirring until blended; add to leek mixture.
