- 2 pkg. cut up oxtail (purchase at butcher shop or meat market)
- salt to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Wash and clean cut up oxtail.

2Season with salt and garlic powder.

3Coat with flour and fry until brown.

4Put in a roaster; add chicken broth and bake in 350° oven until meat separates from bone.

5Cool and serve.
