  • 2 pkg. cut up oxtail (purchase at butcher shop or meat market)
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Wash and clean cut up oxtail.

    Season with salt and garlic powder.

    Coat with flour and fry until brown.

    Put in a roaster; add chicken broth and bake in 350° oven until meat separates from bone.

    Cool and serve.
