Braised Pork Coriander

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork
- 1 lb. tiny new potatoes
- 1/2 lb. small mushrooms
- 1 c. dry wine
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander seed
Directions

1Remove excess fat and cut the pork into 1-inch cubes.

2Scrub potatoes and cut in half; do not peel.

3Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown the potatoes and pork.

4Wash mushrooms and remove stems. When the pork and potatoes are browned, move them to one side of the pan and add mushrooms.

5Saute quickly; combine with potatoes and pork.

6Reduce heat; add wine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with ground coriander.

7Cover.

8Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes or until pork and potatoes are done.
