  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 can Mexicorn, drained
  • green onions, chopped (any amount)
  • tomatoes, chopped (any amount)
  • black olives, sliced (any amount)
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • small amount of sugar to taste

Directions

    Cook bread mix according to directions.

    Let cool and crumble.

    Set aside.

    Mix Mexicorn, green onions, tomatoes, black olive and bacon.

    Mix some mayonnaise and small amount of sugar. In a glass bowl, layer corn bread, Mexicorn, tomato, onion, olive and bacon mix; then mayonnaise mixture.
