  • 1 1/2 lb. steak, cut in serving size pieces
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 large apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. plum jam or preserves
  • salt and pepper to taste
