- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 1/2 c. broken nuts
- 1/2 c. unprocessed bran flakes (optional)
- 5 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Beat eggs; add buttermilk and oil.

3Mix with dry ingredients.

4Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill 2/3 full.

5Cook 20 minutes at 350°.

6Dough will keep in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
