  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 1/2 c. broken nuts
  • 1/2 c. unprocessed bran flakes (optional)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Beat eggs; add buttermilk and oil.

    Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill 2/3 full.
