- 2 c. All-Bran cereal
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Prepare muffin tins with Crisco. Combine bran and milk.

3Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar. Combine beaten eggs and oil.

4Add to the bran and milk. Mix well.

5Add dry ingredients all at once.

6Stir just enough to mix.

7Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with batter and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
