  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp. shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Sift and mix all dry ingredients, then add buttermilk and eggs, then shortening.
