Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. all-bran cereal
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, lukewarm water and all-bran cereal.

2Put together in glass bowl.

3Let stand until yeast comes to top (about 15 minutes).

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Let stand until double in bulk.

6Punch down; turn out on floured board.

7Shape into small balls.

8Place 2 or 3 balls together to form each roll.

9Place in a greased muffin pan.

10Let rise until doubled.

11Bake at 375° until brown.

12Brush tops with butter.

13Cool on rack.

14May be frozen in freezer bag for later use.
