- 4 (4 ounce) round steaks
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 12 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 12 cups sliced mushrooms (4 ounces)
- 14 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Sprinkle steaks with pepper on both sides.

3Mix broth and cornstarch.

4Add mushrooms, onions, brandy and salt.

5Cook till mixture is thickened, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Remove from heat.

7Keep warm.

8Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

9Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes, until done.

10Spoon sauce over steaks.
