- 3 pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.

2Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

3Top this mixture with corn flakes and melted oleo.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Add cheese over top of corn flakes and let stay in oven long enough to melt the cheese.
