  • 4 qt. sliced, unpeeled yellow squash
  • 2 cloves cut up garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 1/3 c. canning salt
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 3 c. 45 gr. vinegar

    Bring to boil; add squash.

    Pack into jars, fill with liquid and seal.
