  • 2 c. crushed chocolate wafer cookies
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 7 oz. Macadamia nuts (whole or pieces)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 11 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cookie crumbs and 6 tablespoons butter.

    Press into bottom of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan. Place nuts in a single layer over crust. Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 1/2 cups butter.
