- 2 c. crushed chocolate wafer cookies
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 7 oz. Macadamia nuts (whole or pieces)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 11 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cookie crumbs and 6 tablespoons butter.

2Press into bottom of an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan. Place nuts in a single layer over crust. Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 1/2 cups butter.

3Heat over medium flame until surface boils.
