- 5 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 8 Tbsp butter
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1 loaf french bread (stale)
- 1 c raisins
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- Butterscotch sauce (jar)
Directions

1Mix all 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Remove crust from bread, cut into squares. Put the bread into a long baking pan. Add raisins and pecans on top of bread. Next, pour the custard mix on top. Cover with foil, pierce foil with a fork, in several places. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and brown for 10 minutes. Serve with butterscotch sauce over it.
