  • 10 slices day old bread
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. moist raisins
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 6 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

    Pour milk over bread and leave for 20 minutes.

    Add butter, raisins, crushed pineapple, sugar, eggs and cinnamon.

    Mix well. Place mixture into casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
