  • 4 c. bite-sized bread cubes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Place bread, milk and raisins in bowl.

    Let stand 15 minutes. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oleo, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into bread mixture and mix well.

    Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Pour in mixture.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
