  • 1 loaf stale French bread or 6 or 8 c. any bread crumbs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Pour milk over the bread and let set until all is moist.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 370° for 1 hour.
