  • 4 slices buttered toast
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Simmer raisins in a little water for a few minutes.

    Combine all but last ingredient and pour into buttered pan.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle this over pudding. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
