- 1 loaf (6 to 8 c.) stale French bread (dry for 2 days)
- 4 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. Equal or NutraSweet, or to taste
- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mix just until bread is moistened. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam or the like.

2Place in a nonpreheated oven.

3Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve alone or with fat-free ice cream or frozen yogurt.
