  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 9 c. soft bread cubes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 1 tsp. ground poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • approximately 2 c. broth
  • chopped giblets, cooked in water to which onion, celery, salt and pepper have been added (turkey giblets cook 2 hours).

Directions

    In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.

    Add to bread crumbs, cooked giblets and seasonings.

    Add enough broth to moisten bread.
