- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 9 c. soft bread cubes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 1 tsp. ground poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. pepper
- approximately 2 c. broth
- chopped giblets, cooked in water to which onion, celery, salt and pepper have been added (turkey giblets cook 2 hours).
Directions

1In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.

2Add to bread crumbs, cooked giblets and seasonings.

3Add enough broth to moisten bread.
