Breaded Steaks Parmesan

  • 6 or 8 steaks
  • 1 medium size can tomato sauce
  • 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 can prepared bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Beat eggs; season to taste.

    Dip steaks in egg batter, then in bread crumbs and fry in oil until brown, then place in pan and add tomato sauce, cheese, sliced eggs and peas.

    Cover with foil; bake until done.
