- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds

1About 1 hour before serving: preheat oven to 350°, grease large cookie sheet.

2Separate breadsticks from one container, tie each piece into a knot and place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

3Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with half of poppy seeds. Repeat with rest of dough.
