- 2 medium size oranges, peeled and cut into bite size pieces (or use canned mandarin oranges)
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in own juice with juice
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. coconut (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a bowl; toss to mix well.

3Keep for 5 days in refrigerator.

4Can add 1 cup chopped nuts and maraschino cherries, if desired.
