- 1 lb. chopped meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can sweet peas
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- dash of garlic powder
Directions

1In a saucepan, saute onion.

2Add tomato sauce and peas with juice, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.

3Simmer for about 10 minutes.

4Pan-fry potatoes.

5When done, drain.

6In a 1 quart pan, press uncooked chopped meat to about 1-inch thick.

7Add potatoes.

8Cover with tomato sauce mixture.

9Bake at 400° for about 45 minutes or until meat is done.

10Serve hot with favorite salad.
