- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2Place all ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.

3Line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper.

4Press oat mix into pan.

5Bake 30 mins or until top is golden.

6Cool completely and cut completely.

7Try adding maccadamias too.
