  • 12 cup mashed banana (about 1 large)
  • 12 cup peanut butter
  • 12 cup honey or 12 cup Karo syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 14 cup powdered milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (or raisens or chocolate chips)

    Preheat oven to 350F Combine mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.

    In another bowl combine remaining ingreds.

    Add to banana mixture.

    Add berries, raisen or choc.

    chips.

    Use large scoop and drop about 3 inches apart.

    Flatten just a bit.

    Bake for 14-16 minutes.
