Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. choppedred or green bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. choppedchopped onion
  • 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 2 slice OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon
  • 1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
  • 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
  • 8 fl oz fat-free milk
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced

Directions

    Cook turkey bacon in a small skillet until cooked through.

    Remove from skillet and place on side.

    Spray small skillet with no stick cooking spray.

    Add pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium heat 2 minutes.

    Add egg product; cook 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.

    Place turkey bacon on tortilla; cover with egg mixture and cheese.

    Fold tortilla over filling; cut crosswise in half to serve.

    Enjoy with an 8 ounce glass of fat free milk and half of a banana.
