- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked (save 3 Tbsp. grease)
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3 medium potatoes, diced medium cubes
- 2 c. water
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in bacon grease or butter.

2(Do not brown.) Add potatoes and water.

3Cook until tender.

4Add remaining ingredients and warm.

5Serve with bacon crumbled on top and Sue Lacroix's corn bread.
