Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 8 to 10 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 c. coffee cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 bunch (6 to 7) chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 10 to 12 slices day old bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Directions

    Put bread in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle the cheese on top. Mix all other ingredients well and pour over bread and cheese. Place in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
