- 9 to 12 slices bread
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. sausage
- 12 to 18 eggs
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam.

2Cut ends off bread.

3Use as many slices as it takes to cover bottom of casserole dish (can go up the sides).

4Place bread very close together in bottom of dish.

5Crumble uncooked sausage over bread.

6Sprinkle cheese over sausage.

7Beat eggs and pour over cheese.

8Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

9In morning, uncover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until eggs are done in center of dish.
