- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4 oz.) can green diced chilies (I used jalapeno peppers)
- 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Now add chilies, cheese and corn.

4Sift and add flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.

5Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured well.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
