- 1 lb. sausage
- 5 eggs
- 1 3/4c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown the sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Beat eggs in bowl.

2Add milk, dry mustard and salt.

3Mix well. Layer bread crumbs, sausage and cheese in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

4Pour egg mixture over layers.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
