  • 14 slices white bread, trim crust and cube
  • 2 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained
  • 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

    Mix eggs, milk and mustard.

    Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 11 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour egg and milk mixture over layers.

    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
