  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices white bread, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Arrange bread cubes in greased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.

    Top with sausage and cheese.

    Combine milk, egg, salt and mustard.

    Pour over other.

    Refrigerate 12 hours.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
