- 12 slices white bread
- butter or margarine
- 1 lb. fresh pork sausage (bulk)
- 16 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Trim crust (or not) from bread and lightly butter.

2Cook sausage until lightly brown (drain).

3Place 6 slices of bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan, buttered side up.

4Spread 1/2 of sausage and cheese over bread.

5Place 6 more slices of bread on top followed by rest of sausage and cheese.
