- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
- red pepper
- 7 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- parsley
- paprika
Directions

1Place roll dough in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Saute onion in skillet.

2Add sausage and a few dashes

3of red pepper to taste.

4Cook until sausage is done.

5Drain excess grease and place sausage mixture over roll dough.

6Beat eggs, milk, soup and mustard; pour over sausage mixture.

7Cover with cheese. Sprinkle a little parsley and paprika on top.

8May be refrigerated overnight.

9Bake in preheated 325° oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
