- 3/4 stick margarine
- 6 slices bread, broken in pieces
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2Melt butter; pour over bread crumbs. Spread sausage over crumbs.

3Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over sausage and egg mixture.

4Chill in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
