- 1 lb. regular sausage meat
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Saute sausage; drain.

2Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard and mix well.

3In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese.

4Pour egg mixture over top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Pour off or blot any excess grease.

7Can be made day before or can be frozen.

8If so, bake only 30 minutes. Cool and freeze.

9Thaw in refrigerator overnight.

10Reheat at 350° for 30 minutes.
