- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In order, put all ingredients into a 2-quart oblong casserole and beat with a fork.

2Bake 1 hour at 350°.

3Serves 8 to 10. Delicious, easy and perfect for company brunch served with ham and a fruit salad.
