Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 slices bread, cubed (remove the brown edge)

Directions

    Cook sausage; drain and set aside.

    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.

    Into a greased baking dish (8 1/2 x 11-inch), layer the bread, sausage and cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over these ingredients.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Put in oven and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
